How each figure is worked out
- Median asking price: the middle current asking price of the homes for sale here.
- Price drops: reductions we recorded in the last 30 days, and the middle size of those reductions.
- Cheaper than when first listed: homes whose asking price is now below the first price we saw, carried across a change of agent.
- Time since listed: from the date the agent gives, where they give one.
- Under offer: only from agents that publish a status on every listing.
